Fitness isn't something I want as a casual hobby. It's something I have failed at over the years. I would like to stop that. This page exists to hold me to that.
Eventually this will track workouts, routines I'm testing, progress over time, and whatever keeps me showing up even when I don't feel like it.
Currently I am letting the whoop tracker handle the driving. Main recommendations are to walk consistently, start strength training and perform stretches/mobility several times a week.
First week ending on 3/8: LOTS and LOTS of walking. Have increased my average step count to 9.5k per day. A huge improvement from prior months. Keeping my work hours from spilling over has been key to achieving these high numbers. I also managed to hit my strength and stretching goals .
Equipment I use, apps I track with, and anything else that makes the habit easier to maintain.
